Maccabi Tel Aviv Fans Arm Themselves

Dutch Photographer, iAnnet who shot footage of riots following a UEFA match on, Friday between AFJ Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv has describe a journalist from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) she spoke to as a “rat”.

ABC was really a rat! They interviewed me first. Nothing left of the context.

Renowned Dutch iPhone artist, iAnnet was at Amsterdam’s Central Station and captured footage of Maccabi Tel Aviv fans attacking Dutch citizens, that was then used by western media outlets to deceptively claim Dutch citizens had attacked Maccabi Tel Aviv fans in a series of anti-Semitic pogroms.

Dutch Teen journalist Bender captured footage of Maccabi Tel Avi fans arming themselves with steel poles, wooden clubs, throwing stones and putting on masks.

In Bender’s footage, a “distressed Asian tourist” flees the scene and the teen journalist described the mood as tense.

In the days leading into the match, social media was abuzz with footage of Maccabi Tel Aviv fans assaulting Dutch citizens, marching the streets of Amsterdam screaming genocidal and racist chants and tearing down Palestinian flags from houses in the Dutch capital.

Maccabi Tel Aviv chant

Before kick off on Friday night, Maccabi Tel Aviv fans refused to observe a minutes silence for the victims of the recent Spanish floods, instead they whistled and chanted, “why is school out in Gaza? There are no children left there”.

In the week prior to the match, Dutch and Israeli media reported Mossad agents would be travelling to Amsterdam with the Maccabi Tel Aviv fans.

Multiple media reports say around 60 people were arrested on Friday night. Dutch police have been contacted to confirm who was arrested – at the time of publishing they had not responded.

Australia’s Foreign Minister, Penny Wong followed the false narrative posting to XTwitter:

Violence in all its forms is unacceptable.
The Antisemitic attacks on Israeli soccer fans in Amsterdam overnight are abhorrent.
My thoughts are with those affected and their families.
We must stand together against antisemitism and hate in all its forms.

Maccabi Tel Aviv is well known to be a far-right racist Zionist club with radical and violent fans and there are allegations most of the fans, who were accompanied by Mossad agents, are members of the Israeli Defence Force.

AFJ Ajax has a large Jewish supporter base in the Nederland’s.

In a now deleted Sky News report, the outlet describes Maccabi Tel Aviv fans before, during and after the match vandalising private property, attacking Dutch citizens and using racist and genocidal chants:
